The Cardiff club scene in the 90's: five best friends deal with their relationships and their personal demons during a weekend. Jip calls himself a sexual paranoid, afraid he's impotent. Lulu, Jip's mate, doesn't find much to fancy in men. Nina hates her job at a fast food joint, and her man, Koop, who dreams of being a great hip-hop d.j., is prone to fits of un-provoked jealou...。郁郁不得志的演员杨一恒在其父的帮助下取得了一次在剧组跑龙套的机会，在过程中因为对业余剧组的不满愤而打断了拍摄，导致其父在代他进行替身工作时受到重伤。杨一恒四处求借医药费无果在家自暴自弃时发现了一本有关药膳的祖传仙书，机缘巧合之下他吃了随书附赠的返老还童丹。一觉醒来他穿越回了清朝康熙年间，见到了仙书的主人食神。食神告诉他要把错乱的历史修复回正常的道路，杨一恒为了及早回到现代救助自己的父亲，便发愤图强研究仙书制作药膳寻求回去的办法......。
