Lola, isolated and self-destructive, completely lose...。1937年一名女子被发现死于狐狸塔下，凶手几乎将她残忍地杀害。而警方的调查则草草锁定了几个嫌疑人：一名黄包车夫与一位神秘男子。北平警长方也生报告，尸体被掏空的心脏则难免让人联想起神秘的宗教祭祀活动，如果真的是祭祀，又是有多大的仇恨才要把一个无辜的女孩虐杀致死呢？人们不得而知。历史迷雾重重，这个曾轰动北平的案子藏在时间的尘埃里，而使其浮出表面的却是这个不起眼的注解。。某一天，都市中突然出现了无数诡异扭曲的怪物，这些怪物会用会在晚上攻击或者扭曲影响普通人的心智，让他们变得类魔化。人们将这些突然出现且难以名状的怪物，称之为“恐怖” 为了应对“恐怖”的攻击，一帮拥有异能强者与之展开厮杀，这些人被称之为守夜人！。
