林强（白宇饰）原本是联众银行总行授信审批部副总经理，因不愿在一笔有问题的贷款上签字，得罪了上级领导，被下放到业绩垫底的龙源支行。与他同期进入银行的挚友郑帅（王宥钧饰）也因此事受到牵连一同被贬。龙源支行管理混乱，林强以自己的专业能力很快发现龙源支行的症结所在，帮助龙源支行的柜员们争取自己应得利益。此举触怒了行长郝伟，处处向林强施压。事业遭受危机的林强不得不开始反击，并追根溯源发现了贷款案的问题，最终问题肃清，林强也实现了自己的职业理想。。On leaving work, while Darío Manzano is taking drugs in the car, he receives an unexpected visit from Ginés Chega.
