杀手石三郎（欧瑞伟）厌倦杀人生涯，脱离杀手组织，被首领鬼刀九幽追杀，三郎因与臣之师弟凌天宇样貌相似，机缘巧合下，三郎遂以天宇之身份逃避九幽之追杀，但因天宇乃杀师母叛徒，采臣正在追杀他清理门户，三郎又要逃避采臣之追杀，同时，更与女鬼聂爱侬（崔嘉宝）产生一段人鬼恋。湘湘自我牺牲，助采臣杀死狐妖，此时天鹰出现，要得到秋练助她练功，并将她变成一只小鸟，采臣誓要对付天鹰拯救秋练。俄勒冈的汤姆（戴克斯•夏普德 Dax Shepard 饰）、杰瑞（马修•里沃德 Matthew Lillard 饰）、丹（赛斯•格林 Seth Green 饰）和比利是四个从小玩到大，喜好冒险和刺激的朋友，二十岁那年，比利出门远行告别了三人。十年以后，比利在旅行中因事故身亡，三个老伙计再度在葬礼上重逢，三十而立的的三人生活各有烦恼，他们回到童年时的树屋，发现了比利留给他们的“藏宝图”，比利美妙的旅行经历吸引着他们，三人决定马上按图出行，完成童年的梦。一路上，三人遇见了视丹为自己孩子的巨熊、在山谷中种植囤积大量大麻的暴徒二人组，还有自诩为自然人的两个美丽姑娘。一路上的冒险经历，使三人对人生有了全新的认识……。Tom, a married man with kids, is struggling at work when a client tries to seduce him with promises of a 'more exciting life'. On his way home one night he gets attacked by a gang of hoodies and falls into a parallel world where he lives 5 other lives including a Rock-Star, a Homeless person and the 'hoody' that attacked him. These lives help him to re-evaluate his priorities and values but in order to get home he must face some of his deepest desires and fears. Will he make it home or is the grass greener on the other side?。
