一名中规中矩的联邦调查局探员约翰贝纳，奉命逮捕六十年代的嬉皮恐怖分子休伊华克。两人在坐火车的回程中，休伊动脑筋把菜鸟约翰灌醉，然后偷了他的证件逃走，约翰倒变成罪犯被关起来。等误会澄清之后，约翰誓言要把休伊再捉回来。。An oil company is drilling in a small town and suddenly they face volcanic eruption. This seems a small event at first sight but soon it becomes clear that it is the start of a long chain of eruptions.
