片头就很剧透，和《惊魂记》如出一辙的平行线条，象征着“牢笼”；悬空的电梯引发的幽闭恐惧症，象征“牢笼”；闯入者对主人的心理折磨象征“牢笼”；伊迪帕斯情结的潜在因素，母权对儿子的控制也象征“牢笼”；城市规划框进了正经人，也框住了混混，还是“牢笼”。。该剧讲述为了赚取丈夫的治疗费，平凡的家庭主妇姜恩秀（李英爱饰）因偶然发现价值数百亿韩元的毒品，而与身份成谜的美术老师李庆（金英光饰）产生牵连，并介入犯罪的故事。。Love Island involves a group of contestants, referred to as Islanders, living in isolation from the outside world in a villa in Mallorca, constantly under video surveillance.
