剧情简介
延疆紧邻边界，是一个社会治安混乱的地区。近段时间延疆出现了一个专门残害年轻妇女的杀人狂魔，金刚镇被紧急调来延疆任公安局长。 延疆是他的老家，当地响当当的大企业家宫德满就是他从小光腚玩大的朋友。 金刚镇上任后接手的第一个案子就是一个连续杀人多起，而又没一点线索的系列大案，凶手手段残忍，一时人心惶惶。延疆又不断的出现了汽车走私案、交通肇事逃逸案、绑架爆炸案，黑恶行为已在延疆形成一股势力。。讲述了小学教员景平(于清斌饰)引见自己的女朋友千寻(李雯雯饰)和当警察的父亲相见，父亲却惨死茶楼，千寻不知所踪，警方认定千寻就是凶手。从此之后，景平性情大变，投身警界，走遍千山万水只为追捕千寻。八年后，他踏上了追击一名江洋大盗的征途，渐渐接近千寻，也渐渐接近父亲遇害的真相……。Plebs is described as "a thoroughly modern comedy in an ancient setting."
