八云御子（池田依来沙）在舅舅悟郎（小田切让）的拜托下搬到公寓“TOARU”进行净化工作。 公寓地板下的储物箱里住着幽灵·山尾纯也（矢本悠马）。他本是一个小混混，是因为私自挪用组织的钱，被发现后杀掉的。 纯也留恋人世的原因是在桑巴夜总会工作的前女友Candy，御子受纯也所托去查看Candy的现状，可是！？ 另一边，悟郎也就“TOARU”发生的惨案从西前（田口智朗）和刑警钱龟处打听消息，展开了调查。 （11@追新番原创翻译转载请注明出处）。In ancient Japan, a good lord is killed and his throne is taken by the trecherous Yuki Daijo and his wizard friend Oroki-maru.
