Ethan is a married father with two teens. He wakes up one morning and is shocked to find he isn't married, he doesn't have kids, and he's CEO of his company. His wife is the key to be able to reclaim his original life and family.。故事发生在位于北方山区的农村，打铁的张银锁（侯冠群饰）和王腊月（王馥荔饰）彼此相爱，携手步入婚姻的殿堂，并且很快就有了一个可爱的儿子，不仅如此，张银锁还被提拔成为了公社铁工组组长，可谓是双喜临门。然而树大招风，在铁工组“拔白旗”的运动中，张银锁被诬陷为白旗，怒火攻心的他出手打上了公社的副社长，最终被捕入狱。 张银锁被抓之后，王腊月在哥哥的逼迫之下和他离了婚，之后哥哥又强迫她嫁给夏谋。王腊月誓死不从，带着儿子离家出走，幸运的遇到了名叫刘忍的男子，才总算有了一个可以藏身的庇护所。而出狱之后，张银锁一直没有放弃过寻找自己的妻儿。。Young university student Hugo (Gustav Lindh) falls in love with promising violinist Agnes (Evin Ahmad), but something happens that changes his life completely.
