剧情简介
Somewhere in Myanmar is a forest rich in amber and controlled by the Kachin Independence Army (KIA). Most of its inhabitants work in a mine, digging the earth night and days in the hope of finding the precious ore that will get them out of poverty. But on top of the excruciating hardship of the work, they also have to fear an attack from the army.。本片导演罗卓瑶曾任港台电视部编导，此为她导演的第一部爱情轻喜剧。影片取材并不新颖，却以丰富的细节营造出脱离浅薄的喜剧气息，风格流畅而自然，同时也引人思索。剧情讲述山姆张与妻儿已移民加拿大，因自己的申请尚未办妥而独自返港，暂居于简家。简的丈夫也在为移民加拿大而奔波海外，于是两个寂寞的“太空人”遂成为好朋友，Sam和阿珍通过互相倾诉日间的不快，感情日增。两人都失业后，更是同病相怜经过一番理性期的挣扎，他们最后还是情不自禁双双坠人爱河。正当二人如胶似漆相爱之际，Sam的太太和阿珍的丈夭突然回港，拆散了他们。若干年后，Sam与阿珍偶然相遇，发现彼此都没有去加拿大过“安稳”生活。 ……。
