本部电影讲述沉香经历华山之战，结果挚爱殒命也未救出父母，陷入消沉的沉香，在好友的帮助下终重拾信心，踏上寻找开天神斧的路途，然当初华山之战沉香无意破坏了伏魔大阵，误放走了先天心魔，一场三界的劫难即将降临。。Heavily influenced by the ghostly series THE KINGDOM, the sleepwalker Karen seeks answers to the unresolved questions of the series in order to save the hospital from doom.
