北漂多年的林杉杉（刘白沙饰）回到了南方老家，把曾经和奶奶（曹翠芬饰）依为伴的老屋修缮成了民宿；在民宿里与来自不同地方的四组客人之间发生了四段奇妙且温馨的故事。。In 1909, amidst the dying old west, Willie Boy, a long distance Desert Runner by Chemehuevi tradition, falls in love with young native beauty, Carlota.
