Russell and Finlay must confront a serial killer case from their past while working in Seattle when a copycat killer suddenly emerges in Las Vegas.。The Cold War has ended, and the Russian government has decided get rid of a deadly bioweapon sample by returning it to the United States, from whom it had been stolen.
