Plebs follows three desperate young men from the suburbs...。卢少卿本为京都锦衣卫，因厌倦京城之中的尔虞我诈，遂带着一名孤儿女童逃离京城，在一处偏僻的小山村里隐姓埋名，安稳度日。卢少卿待女童如同亲生女儿，给其取名为卢俊，就这样，两人在山村里一直过着平淡且快乐的生活。卢俊一天天长大，转眼间已经成了一个小姑娘。面对世界的种种纷杂，各种人情世故、自然规律等，卢俊既好奇又不解甚至有些害怕。卢少卿充当卢俊的保护伞，一直默默在卢俊身边守护着她。。
